New Year, a Better me.

Heyyyyy lovelies.

First of all, happy New Year my people. I hope you and your family are fine and healthy.

New Year, a better me. Everyone, saying New Year new me, let that quote or statement remain in 2017 because you can’t change yourself! New Year new me sounds like you are trying to become someone, you were not in the previous year. One cannot just change into a different person, firstly it is not possible and secondly sounds very ridiculous.

In the New Year you can change the OLD YOU into a BETTER YOU. This could be for example, you boosting your motivation for fitness, school or your confidence. As well as changing your mindset, like eradicating your swearing or changing your eating habits. (this is what I am trying to do currently).

In the last month of 2017, I saw a lot of quotes, videos and memes stating that, 2018 will have no negative vibes, that you should not allow people treat you like poo, to focus on yourself, to stop thinking you are not good enough for people or even that people are not good enough for you and so forth.

When I saw all this, I was like raaawr, people are really taking 2018 seriously, and they want to cut people out of their life and focus. I have never seen this type of extreme intentness in the years before. Like a lot of these people, I am not taking shit from anyone, I´m just going to do me.

So, the message I just want to share with you lot, is that it’s a new year. Now you kind of have opportunity to makes things better for yourself again and gather new and better memories, as I said before, like going to the gym and achieving your desired goals.

And if you still have some people in your life you feel don’t deserve you, that aren’t supposed to be there or do not even support you the way they should, listen Babessssss cut them off, know yourself, know your worth work on yourself and love yourself.

If you spend some time alone and focus on your stuff, you notice that you are actually really busy with yourself.

Guys because that girl has the perfect nose, that girl has the perfect shape, that dude has the nicest eyes, doesn’t make you less worth. You lot really need to love yourself.
